How do I request updates on my requests?

All communication about an issue should be conducted using our Helpdesk system, which should always be the first choice to share more information or request an update on an issue.  Access to our Helpdesk system is an exclusive benefit of our Paid Support services.

Enterprise Support users have additional options to request updates by using email or, by arrangement, phone call. Email and phone calls are good choice if you want to get a review of several issues at once, but for general updates using our Helpdesk system to comment directly against your ticket is still the quickest option.
