How to work with tickets?

Create New Ticket

After signing in, please click on "Open a new ticket" link from the top menu. This will open up a new form. Please select "Help Topic", enter issue summary and details and click on "Create Ticket" button:

All Tickets Page

You can access all your tickets by clicking on "Tickets" from top menu. This will display a list of all tickets including the information like Ticket id, creation date, status subject, department and owner.

Single Ticket Page

From "Tickets" page, you can open any individual ticket by clicking on ticket id or ticket subject. In ticket page, you can see your ticket's details and reply on a ticket:
